Well, the wait for a response continues. Timeliness is key for journalism, and especially when submitting a FIOA. When first starting this procedure, I was eager to obtain this information - but realized the University of Texas probably has a lot more on their plate that consumes their day then dealing with FIOA requests. I plan on giving the BevoBucks office an additional reminder within the next few days, maybe my initial e-mail was lost in the stratosphere of collegiate e-mails. But on their website it does say the office is open Monday through Friday from 8-4 so there is a window of opportunity in sight! Worse come to worse I have recognized a few other offices that I can reach out to in order to obtain the information I was initially seeking. The executive director's office of housing and dining for the University of Texas will be my next "customer".
